CONTESTED ENVIRONMENT

- Unvetted cellular devices
- Changing RF conditions
- Communications disruptions
- Emerging mission risks
MissionOS is an implemented edge-intelligence framework that connects specialized observations to the questions a mission needs answered. Customers define what matters; MissionOS provides the foundation to observe, interpret, and share that intelligence.
Drone Rupture is the first native cellular integration. MissionOS can connect additional mission systems through configurable Observers and governed interfaces, so each customer can shape the intelligence and workflows around its operational needs.
Request a Technical Briefing
Drone Rupture reports cellular network changes, device activity, ranging, and movement. Those observations become more useful when interpreted against a customer’s mission priorities.
MissionOS connects available evidence with time, location, system health, and mission-defined objectives to help explain why a change may matter—not merely that it occurred.
For example, an Observer can compare new cellular activity near a protected facility with historical conditions and surface it only when customer-defined criteria are met.
Observe the environment. Connect the evidence. Understand the context. Recommend governed actions. Verify what changed.

MISSIONOSLOCAL REASONINGEDGE INTELLIGENCE
An Observer is a mission-defined intelligence function: it watches selected data, evaluates the conditions the customer cares about, and provides relevant findings to MissionOS. Existing Observers provide a starting point. Additional Observers can be configured or developed around each customer’s mission requirements, with specific functions, operating boundaries, and acceptance criteria defined together.
Observe cellular networks, device activity, and RF conditions through Drone Rupture, guided by mission-defined questions.
Observe signaling, timing, anomalies, and system health to support diagnosis and governed recovery workflows.
Electromagnetic activity and changes in the RF environment.
Sensor observations, movement and situational context.
Watch the evidence and thresholds the customer chooses, with mission-specific outputs and integration requirements.
Tony is the conversational human interface for asking questions, reviewing evidence, and preparing mission configuration previews. AI models and knowledge services support the analysis behind that interface.
MissionOS exposes governed capabilities through Model Context Protocol (MCP), allowing authorized external AI systems to discover and use supported cellular intelligence services. The customer decides how that intelligence contributes to its mission.
Implemented MCP services include cellular environment information, capability discovery, and mission preview. Broader mission design, validation, and automated remediation are being developed and qualified; they are not presented as completed deployments.
This AI-to-AI approach lets partners build mission-specific intelligence and workflows on top of Blind Tiger’s specialized cellular capabilities rather than recreating them.
Bring Your AI. Connect Your Mission.
MissionOS separates analysis and recommendations from permission to execute consequential actions. Mission-defined policies, authorization boundaries, preview workflows, and auditable records keep operators in the decision loop as automation capabilities mature.
Blind Tiger supplies the cellular intelligence and an extensible MissionOS framework. The customer defines the questions, operational priorities, and authorized actions—turning available observations into intelligence shaped for its mission.
