Mobile protection

OTA effort for dynamic cellular protection of convoys moving through unfamiliar and potentially hostile wireless environments.
The work addressed autonomous self-configuration and selective control without requiring specialist operators at every deployment.
This experience supports Blind Tiger's approach to mobile protection, using a specialized cellular intelligence and control layer that can operate independently or complement larger security and mission systems.
An earlier Blind Tiger technical proposal describes a government convoy demonstration involving designated friendly and opposing cellular devices. The reported objective was to preserve communications for friendly devices while selectively denying communications to designated opposing devices in a protected area.
The example illustrates the motivation behind active managed access: protecting a moving force against unvetted cellular activity without indiscriminately suppressing all communications. It also helps explain why the company later pursued autonomous configuration for mobile and expeditionary missions.
This account comes from a company-authored historical technical proposal. The page describes the reported demonstration and development lineage, not a claim of a new or currently active convoy deployment.
