Operational managed access

Fielded managed-access technology for identifying and controlling unauthorized phones in correctional environments while preserving authorized communications.
The deployment record demonstrates security operations in facilities where selective control matters.
This experience supports Blind Tiger's approach to operational managed access, using a specialized cellular intelligence and control layer that can operate independently or complement larger security and mission systems.
Published imagery is limited to a cropped historical results graphic; raw message records and phone numbers have been excluded.
Blind Tiger’s historical proposals describe managed-access operations in Georgia correctional facilities, applying wireless access policies to unauthorized cellular devices while maintaining communications for approved personnel.
The original program included monitoring and selective suppression phases, which provided practical experience in separating authorized from unauthorized wireless activity. This work helped inform subsequent government efforts involving secure areas, expeditionary forces and cellular-connected drones.
The contemporary Drone Rupture platform emphasizes control-plane observations and policy-based mitigation without subscriber-content inspection. Earlier proposal descriptions should not be interpreted as a description of the current zero-PII product architecture.
